Patti Mae Daquio arrived in New Brunswick in 2019, bringing with her years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industries in the Middle East and the Philippines. She quickly became known for her exceptional speed, attention to detail, and warmth. But her ambition extended beyond personal success — she founded Total Care Housekeeping to empower fellow newcomers to Canada, helping them build their own independent careers and discover their potential as entrepreneurs.

Important — Service Completion Note: Each plan is allocated a fixed time slot based on one cleaner. The actual services completed per visit will vary depending on the size and condition of your home. A large home on the Bronze plan may not see all listed tasks completed in 2 hours — our cleaner will prioritize the most critical areas first. Conversely, a smaller home on the Gold plan will receive an exceptionally thorough result. On some visits, multiple cleaners may be assigned, which can significantly speed up completion. For first visits or heavily soiled homes, we recommend starting with a Deep Clean, then transitioning to a regular plan. Contact us if you'd like guidance on which plan suits your home best.

We primarily serve the Kennebecasis Valley area — Quispamsis, Rothesay, Grand Bay-Westfield, and surrounding communities. We're happy to serve clients outside this area at an additional cost. Commute time is charged at $40 per hour per cleaner. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.
Absolutely. Every member of our team undergoes a thorough criminal background check before joining. We hand-select each cleaner for their professionalism, reliability, and commitment — so you can feel completely confident having them in your home.
Not at all. Many clients prefer to be out while we work. You can arrange a secure key handover or lock box. Our fully vetted team can work independently with complete reliability.
Yes — if you prefer we use your products or equipment, we'll accommodate your request. We bring our own professional supplies by default, but we're flexible. Just let us know when booking.

Depending on the size and condition of your home, not all listed tasks may be completed in a single visit.
